Clubhouse Edem II Project

Complex of residential buildings is build in the village Agios Tihonas in the prestigious suburb of Limassol. Hilly terrain with a wonderful view on the sea, mountains and village.

EDEM II- this is four block of apartments, located on the hillside. Clubhouse includes 52 apartments, some of them done in two levels and has two bedrooms, the other part - single-level with the exit to the terrace. Two-level apartments  have balconies and terraces, the upper of which represents a unique "green roof". The buildings are designed in a modern architectural style and built using the latest energy saving technologies.
